FDC is an interior design company with strong contracting and industrial capabilities. We design and build interiors for the most famous brands in the world across different industries: Retail, Hospitality, Corporate Offices and F&B, among others.
What sets us apart from our competitors is that we have our own production facilities. From initial designs to finished product, we have control over a project with highly accomplished designers and craftsmen working hand-in-hand, under one project team.
We can design and build custom made furniture to the exact specifications provided by client and consultant, working hand in hand with them to develop prototypes prior to the final product.
FDC was created by in 1979; by an extremely talented interior designer with business acumen that allowed him to quickly gain the confidence of international clients. At the time, FDC was built with administrative base in Dubai and facilities in Kuwait.
The owner of FDC has brought the art of creating luxury boutiques into local high-volume production; all starting in a humble production facility in Kuwait.
In 1999 the existing production facility was built over 10,000 m2 , encompassing now over 300 craftsmen and 85 machines, covering different technologies and production lines. FDC is now further expanding its production facilities by establishing the state-of-art production facility here in Dubai, UAE on a new location with over than 20,000 m2
The production facility is sustained with an experienced project management team, draftsmen and designers.

In 2006, Grand Studio, was initiated in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is headed by an 18 years experienced FDC former head of design.
GS offers designs with eyes on manufacturing, sustainability and reliability thanks to the proximity of most of its members and its director to the production side.
Till now, we rotate our designers and draftsmen among our offices in GCC and Jakarta in order to maintain our competitive advantage. We have around 20 members in Jakarta today offering the following services:

In 2006, FDC’s regional office was relocated to its original kick off location - DUBAI.
