The establishment of the retirement fund of the Royal Court Diwan staff coincided with the issuance of the Post-Service Pensions and Benefits Law for the staff of the Diwan of the Royal Court at the end of 1996. It was entrusted with implementing the provisions of the Law of Post-Service Pensions and Benefits for the Staff of the Diwan of the Royal Court.
Which is managed by a Board of Directors headed by the Minister of the Diwan of the Royal Court, who manages its affairs, supervises its activities, approves its annual budget, its final account, appoints actuaries and other experts, and may take such decisions as it deems necessary to achieve the purpose for which the Fund was established in accordance with the provisions of the Post-Service Pensions and Benefits Act Royal Court of Oman.
