DCE was established last 2007, under the name of Development Consulting Engineering Company. It is currently manage by Mr. Hanny E. Alfekky who is specialized in Architectural Engineering.

DCE is one of the approved and prominent firms of Consulting Engineers in Doha states of Qatar with Grade A license in Architectural, Civil Mechanical and Electrical from Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA)

It is the first Qatari private shares holding company working for various fields and deals with construction branch. It is qualified and capable to provide most of the Engineers services for a wide range of activities from conceptual design to completion of projects in the field of Civil, Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical engineers
