Continental Construction Corp. Ltd. (CCCL) has the distinction of being the earliest Construction Company that pioneered the use of world class technologies relating to construction in India and has successfully executed many prestigious projects in India and abroad to the utmost satisfaction of its clients in different parts of the globe.
It has been pioneer in exporting civil construction know-how to Middle East and North Africa. First civil construction contract awarded to an Indian Company in Iraq was signed in 1975 and since then nine turnkey projects have been successfully executed in Middle East. A turnkey irrigation project, comprising of construction of rock-fill dam, tunnels, intake structure and road in valley, have also been executed in North Africa. The first and smallest contract secured overseas was valued at only about US$ 5 Million whereas the largest single turnkey project executed overseas was valued at about US $ 1.5 Billion.
