In 1988, following the spring breeze of Chinese reform and opening-up, CITIC Group made a major decision to build the first aluminum wheel enterprise in China, CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CITIC Dicastal”), which located on the coast of the Bohai Sea, Qinhuangdao where the first aluminum wheel in mainland China was born.
After years of continuous development, today, Dicastal has become the world's leading enterprise with core technology, self-owned brand of lightweight, for lightweight modularized new-type composite parts and components. Dicastal has gradually developed from a solely aluminum wheel manufacturing factory to a factory with the ability of building automobile chassis, powertrain, aluminum body parts, and auto equipment manufacturing, mold manufacturing, product surface engineering. Dicastal is still exploring and dominating new technological fields. National brand, intelligent manufacturing, green rising, international development, Dicastal continues to create a new history of auto parts industry in China, and setting up a flag of the national auto parts industry.
