APCC was established by the founding partners Mr. Sami Khalil Khoury and Mousa Al Moussa in September 1978. Mr. Elie M El Moussa S/o Mousa Al Moussa took over and continue the legacy of the founders and managing the Company since 16 years to keep abreast of the latest developments in this field.
Since its inception in Abu Dhabi, APCC has achieved excellent results and met the client’s expectations in the business activities of the Company. The company has grown up over the years and established various branches in other Emirates (Dubai and Sharjah) within the UAE and Overseas (Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, KSA).
All this has become possible due to the vast experience of founders and highly imaginative vision of its Management Team. APCC is therefore able to offer economical solutions to clients for various projects.
To keep abreast of technological advancement APCC is presently implementing Quality Control / Quality Assurance manuals and procedures commensurate with requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
APCC considers Environmental, Health and Safety is an integral part of business and aims to have a record of safety performance and standards far better than the industry average. APCC certified & registered with OSHAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015 system for Health & Safety.
