Al-Madar Contracting O.P.C., is a Grade-A Company which came into being in 1992, specialized in the field of construction ranging from villas compounds, high rise residential and office buildings to industrial/commercial buildings and tower projects along with infrastructure development works like sewerage and marine projects with a proven track record of success and experience over the past years.
Al Madar Contracting Company is an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accredited multidisciplinary corporate organization and its quality policy clearly states, “Timely execution & completion of works to seek customer satisfaction”. Although, it is often a challenge to meet the high expectation of clients, AL-MADAR is committed to deliver its best quality of services & products through its high-tech resources to our valued clients.
Since its very inception, the company has so far successfully executed and handed over more than 145 projects to the clients inclusive but not limited to ASHGHAL-Building & Drainage Affairs, Doha Municipality, Al-Asmakh Real Estate, Doha Bank, Q-Tel, HMC, Kahramaa, QP/DOPET, Lusail Real Estate, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar Fuel Woqod, Doha Municipality etc.. and worked under supervision of the leading consultants like CICO, CEG, GHD, AEB, Al-SADD, ASCO, Arabian Architects Group, Romatre, & Design & Consult Bureau.
As regards the company’s resources, we have altogether more than 2000 workforce (laborers, carpenters, steel fixers, block/plaster/ceramic masons, mechanics, drivers/operators) together with qualified Project Managers, Engineers, Foreman, Planners, QS, Safety Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, IT Officers from different nationalities for successful and timely execution, completion and handing over the projects to our valued clients.
All the equipments together with surveying instruments required in construction field are inclusive but not limited to tower cranes, hoist machines, cradles, excavator, shovels, rollers, bobcats, JCBs, forklifts, dump trucks & generators etc. owned by the company itself, and their routine operation and maintenance are being carried out by the company’s own Plant Dept.
The Company has been supported by its own physical infrastructures having its own main office building at Al-Muntazah street, Hilal Area and labor camp, main store, warehouse, plant garage, carpentry workshop etc. located in 41-industrial area.
